LeadUp, Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders, Year After Year LeadUp is a flagship yearly leadership development program created by NextGen Foundation for high‑potential youth aged 15–18 who are ready to rise, lead, and leave a lasting impact. Every year, a new cohort embarks on this month‑long journey that blends globally recognized leadership frameworks. The program equips participants with the mindset, skills, and experience they need to thrive as ethical, innovative leaders in their communities and beyond. Through dynamic classroom learning, immersive workshops, inspirational field visits, and guided mentorship, participants develop: 

• Self‑awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience 

• Advanced communication, teamwork, and public speaking skills 

• Civic responsibility and global citizenship aligned with the SDGs 

• Innovation, problem‑solving, and youth‑led project execution

Each week combines four days of in‑class sessions with one day of field exposure to leading institutions and organizations. 

At the conclusion of the program, participants present their LeadUp Projects original, youth‑led initiatives at a prestigious graduation ceremony attended by families, community leaders, and partners. Top projects receive funding, mentorship, and ongoing support, turning bright ideas into real change. LeadUp is not just an event, it’s a yearly tradition of empowerment. With each new class of graduates, we invest in a generation that dares to dream, lead, and uplift their land, their people, and their legacy.
